In our pool of 200 experts in Belgium and the Netherlands, the young potentials are on the rise. 15% of the talent at Select Projects is 26 years young or younger. The ultimate benjamin of the family, Dorien (QOA Analist), just turned 22 in May.
At Select Projects we keep a close eye on our young talent. Our career coaches make sure they get the right support right from the beginning. From a personal confidant at their project, they receive hands-on tips and tricks.The Select Projects Academy provides a personal career plan for each individual with training in both technical skills and soft skills like communication and leadership.
