Job description
Een greep uit het takenpakket:
- Evalueren van bestaande systemen en processen op vlak van data-integriteit.
- Uitvoeren van gap-analyses en opstellen van verbetervoorstellen.
- Begeleiden van assessments en het opstellen van risicoanalyses.
- Adviseren bij de implementatie van nieuwe systemen of upgrades (inclusief CSV-vereisten).
- Schrijven en reviewen van procedures en werkinstructies rond data management.
- Mee opvolgen van deviaties, CAPA’s en change controls m.b.t. data-integriteit.
- Geven van trainingen en verhogen van het bewustzijn rond data-integriteit binnen de organisatie.
- Nauwe samenwerking met QA, IT, Compliance en Engineering.
Key responsabilities
- Identify compliance gaps and risks within the organisation.
- Drafting an action plan to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
- Implement improvement measures within the quality and contamination control strategy.
- Preparing for and supervising inspections (audits), including documentation and training.
- Advising and training employees on GMP and compliance processes.
- Lead and support critical quality projects to ensure sustainable compliance.
Your profile
- Master of bachelor in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting.
- Minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving, idealiter in een kwaliteits- of compliancefunctie.
- Ervaring in projectmanagement
- Goede kennis van data-integriteitsprincipes (ALCOA+), GMP en CSV.
- Inzicht in workflows binnen farma/biotech en ervaring met elektronische systemen (bijv. LIMS, MES, Trackwise, …)
- Analytisch, nauwkeurig en sterk in documenteren.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden – zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels.
