Ben took us to the nature reserve "De Liereman" in Oud-Turnhout. This place holds few secrets for him as he has been coming here since childhood. In recent years, he has mainly used this beautiful nature reserve to recharge his batteries and recharge his batteries.

For Ben, being the best version of yourself means being able to do something he loves. Something that energises him. That way, he can in turn pass on that energy to his team so that they too can become the best version of themselves.

Ben is team lead and the point of contact for all Select Projects employees at the client. This means he helps them with their personal and professional development. In practice, he reviews with them what they want to achieve and where they want to grow.

This ultimately benefits everyone (Ben, the team and the client) because it encourages good results. But this challenging and important role requires a lot of energy. So to recharge Ben's batteries, he regularly goes for a walk in the nature reserve.
