Rosalie Caubergh's first job.

Rosalie has been working at Select Projects since October 2020. In this video, Rosalie explains, among other things, how the Select Projects competence centre helps her become a better version of herself and what the link is with Alden Biezen. Rosalie also explains how Select Projects helped her get her first job.

Rosalie took us to the beautiful "Alden Biezen" in Bilzen where she comes for walks with her dog almost every week. "Alden Biezen" is a beautiful old medieval castle, but it has not always been so.

"Alden Biezen" has long stood empty, it has been dilapidated and it has survived natural disasters. Until someone saw the potential of "Alden Biezen" and rebuilt it brick by brick into what it is today.

Actually, you can compare it to someone's career. Someone who has just graduated also has to grow in his or her role before becoming a full-fledged castle and that is where an employer has an important role to play.

This is Rosalie's first job. She therefore knows better than anyone where she can still grow and this is where Select Projects' competence centre plays an important role. Here, she learns a lot from more experienced employees in all kinds of areas. This way, Rosalie gains more knowledge and can become a better version of herself.
