Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van Mediafill (Aseptic Process Simulation):
- Simulatie van aseptisch vulproces met steriel groeimedium om contaminatie te detecteren.
- Uitvoeren van rooktesten in trekkasten: visualisatie en analyse van luchtstromen en handelingen.
- Ondersteunen bij sterilisatie- en cleaningvalidatie.
- Uitvoeren van handelingen in de aseptische omgeving.
- Rapporteren en beslissingen nemen naar vrijgave.
Your profile
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
- Wetenschappelijke masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in bio-ingenieurswetenschappen.
- Kennis en ervaring met aseptische en/of sterilisatietechnologieën via opleiding, werkervaring in de industrie en / of training.
- Goede kennis van microbiologie binnen de voedings- en/of farmaceutische sector.
- Ervaring in een cGMP-omgeving.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Vermogen om validaties te coördineren.
