Job description

As a Junior Technical Support in the E&I team, you’ll assist our Project Engineers (PEs) in various preparatory and follow-up tasks across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1) Documentation & Analysis
  • Preparing ATEX impact assessments by collecting and organizing relevant documentation (certificates, installation guidelines, manuals).
  • Supporting both new projects (desk-based) and existing installations (on-site photo documentation and archive research).
  • Completing and updating ISL lists: tagging new instrumentation, describing functionality, proposing spare part stock management, and calibration sensitivity.
  • Assisting in RCM preparation and, where possible, supporting the handover to maintenance (checking P&IDs, e-schematics, SAP integration, spare part management).
2) Testing & Field Support
  • Executing or witnessing SAT-F tests for safety-critical instruments after disconnection.
  • Supporting site supervision: welcoming and onboarding suppliers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring proper permits are in place.
3) Systems & Communication
  • Managing technical data in SAP and Excel.
  • Linking documentation to the correct systems and ensuring traceability.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Pro-head) to validate and discuss findings.

Key responsabilities

  • Identify compliance gaps and risks within the organisation.
  • Drafting an action plan to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
  • Implement improvement measures within the quality and contamination control strategy.
  • Preparing for and supervising inspections (audits), including documentation and training.
  • Advising and training employees on GMP and compliance processes.
  • Lead and support critical quality projects to ensure sustainable compliance.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electricity or Engineering (E&I)
  • Junior profile – no senior experience required
  • Interest in working with technical documents and systems
  • Eager to learn and grow in a technical environment
  • Fluently English, Dutch is a plus
