Job description
Als Lab Equipment Engineer zal je instaan voor:
- Contactpersoon tussen business en meerdere ondersteunende partijen
- Opvolging van kalibraties en herstellingen van labequipment
- Opvolging kwalificaties van labequipment: contact met labkwalificatiegroep, aanpassing en schrijven van procedures, eventueel validatie en verificatie, communicatie met gebruikers, ...
- Opvolging deviaties en compliance issues labequipment
- Opvolging van Control of Change-processen in SAP (eSTREAM)
- Contact met partijen die instaan voor de fieldkalibraties en herstellingen
- Ondersteunen van het needsassessment: jaarlijkse evaluatie van de informatie in de beheersystemen m.b.t. labequipment en het bepalen of het huidige kalibratie- en onderhoudsplan per labequipment nog voldoet aan de noden van de gebruikers
- Meewerken aan veiligheidsplan: opvolgen van EHS procedures en ATEX richtlijnen, industriële hygiëne monitoren, opstellen van een explosieveiligheidsdocument (EVD) en FARIP profiel, uitvoeren van risico-analyses, ruimte organiseren volgens 5S methode, ...
- Beheer van deviaties en CAPA’s, inclusief budgetopvolging voor deze acties
- Opvolging van installaties en indienststelling van labequipment
- Evaluatie aankoop nieuw labequipment
Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen verschillende stakeholders. Naast de technische uitdagingen ligt jouw grootste focus dus op heldere communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.
Key responsabilities
- Identify compliance gaps and risks within the organisation.
- Drafting an action plan to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
- Implement improvement measures within the quality and contamination control strategy.
- Preparing for and supervising inspections (audits), including documentation and training.
- Advising and training employees on GMP and compliance processes.
- Lead and support critical quality projects to ensure sustainable compliance.
Your profile

Een professionele bachelor of master in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting.

Minstens twee jaar ervaring in de life sciences industrie.

Technische kennis van P&ID, utilities en labo-infrastructuur.

Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Kennis van SAP, TrackWise en/of CDS-systemen (Chromatography Data System, bv. Empower of Chromeleon) is een pluspunt.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.

Analytisch, flexibel, proactief en stressbestendig.

Een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking.
