Job description
In deze rol vorm je de schakel tussen productie, planning en supply chain en zorg je ervoor dat administratieve en operationele processen binnen het ERP-systeem correct en efficiënt verlopen. Je ondersteunt de productieafdeling en draagt bij aan een vlotte en conforme werking binnen een gereguleerde omgeving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen van de productieafdeling bij dagelijkse administratieve activiteiten
- Uitvoeren en verwerken van stock tellingen
- Correct uitvoeren van afboekingen, transacties, BOM changes in SAP
- Controleren en corrigeren van productie- en voorraadgegevens
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties
- Uitvoeren van reviews van elektronische batch records in het MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Your profile
- Ervaring in een ondersteunende administratieve rol binnen een productieomgeving
- Kennis van of ervaring met SAP
- Ervaring met BOM-structuren, voorraadbeheer of stockcontrole is een pluspunt
- Kennis van GMP en/of ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector.
- Ervaring met MES-systemen is een pluspunt
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch en administratief sterk
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Zeer goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands
