Job description
Als Senior Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van complexe technische investeringsprojecten binnen een steriele productieomgeving. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van concept tot kwalificatie, volledig volgens GMP- en EHS-richtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om projecten op tijd en binnen budget op te leveren.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Leiding geven aan grootschalige technische projecten met focus op aseptisch vullen en compounderen.
- Opstellen van projectscope, business case, risicoanalyse en gedetailleerde planning.
- Coördineren van installatie en kwalificatie van kritische apparatuur (zoals isolatoren, autoclaven, washers, filtertesters (PUPSIT), CCIT-systemen).
- Afstemmen van projectdoelstellingen met interne stakeholders en sponsors.
- Budgetbeheer en opvolging van projectkosten.
- Aansturen van interne teams en externe leveranciers.
- Rapporteren over voortgang aan senior engineering en project sponsors.
Key responsabilities
- Identify compliance gaps and risks within the organisation.
- Drafting an action plan to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
- Implement improvement measures within the quality and contamination control strategy.
- Preparing for and supervising inspections (audits), including documentation and training.
- Advising and training employees on GMP and compliance processes.
- Lead and support critical quality projects to ensure sustainable compliance.
Your profile
- Master in een technische richting (bv. Elektromechanica, Industrieel Ingenieur).
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de farmaceutische of biotechsector.
- Aantoonbare expertise in aseptische processen en GMP-compliance is een must.
- Sterke kennis van risicobeheersing en project governance.
- Communicatief vaardig, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
