Learn, share and grow!
Recently, our colleague Rosalie Caubergh gave an engaging presentation on legislation within Estée Lauder Companies, in which she shared her expertise around evolving regulations (such as CSAR) and their impact on OTC and non-OTC products.
Rosalie's trajectory - started in 2020 at Select Projects in the QC lab to her current role as Team Lead - is a great example of how we at Select Projects continue to invest in the development of our people.
During her presentation, colleagues were given insights into:
- The history of Estée Lauder Companies in Oevel
- Regulatory differences between OTC and non-OTC cosmetics. (OTC stands for "over the counter" and refers to products sold at pharmacies but available without a prescription, such as sunscreen or acne treatment products. A non-OTC product on the other hand is e.g. lipstick).
- The application of new Chinese legislation (CSAR)
- The importance of validation, quality control and second person reviews
We strongly believe in encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous development. Colleagues like Rosalie make the difference by continuing to learn and by sharing that knowledge further.
