Job description
Select Projects is op zoek naar een MSAT Process Engineer voor een opdracht bij een farmaceutisch bedrijf in Geel. Je maakt deel uit van het Manufacturing Science, Analytical & Technology (MSAT) team en vormt de schakel tussen procesontwikkeling en grootschalige GMP-productie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen van de introductie van nieuwe drug substance productieprocessen via technology transfer van labo- naar productieschaal
- Opstellen en voorbereiden van procesdocumentatie zoals fit-gap analyses, control strategies, batchrecords en sampling plannen
- Ondersteunen van process performance qualification (PPQ) en opstart van nieuwe processen in productie
- Identificeren en leiden van verbeterinitiatieven om yield en robuustheid van processen te verhogen
- Analyseren en opvolgen van bestaande productieprocessen via data trending en monitoring
- Opstellen van studieprotocollen en rapporten ter ondersteuning van proceswijzigingen
- Meewerken aan onderzoeken van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van impactanalyses op proces en product
- Samenwerken met zowel productie- als laboratoriumteams in een multidisciplinaire context
Your profile
- Je hebt een master of PhD
- Je beschikt over 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring (bijvoorbeeld in process development of een MSAT-omgeving)
- Je hebt hands-on ervaring met cell culture processen (labo en/of productie)
- Je bent vertrouwd met GMP-omgevingen of bereid je hierin te verdiepen
- Ervaring met data-analyse en tools zoals JMP, Statistica, Matlab of Simca is een troef
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
- Je kan schakelen in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving
