Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, EHS, operations en R&D en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsprojecten niet blijven hangen in analyse, maar effectief gerealiseerd worden.
Wat ga je concreet doen?
- Leiden en coördineren van SRR- en veiligheidsprojecten
- Organiseren en opvolgen van HAZOP-trajecten
- Vertalen van risicoanalyses naar concrete acties en projecten
- Opstellen en bewaken van: Scope/Planning/Budget/Resources
- Stakeholdermanagement tussen engineering, EHS en operations
- Bewaken van voortgang, prioriteiten en deadlines
- Rapporteren over status, risico’s en beslissingen
Your profile
- Bachelor of Master in engineering (mechanisch, proces of industrieel)
- Ervaring in chemie of pharma (must-have)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met:
- SRR-projecten
- HAZOP en procesveiligheid
- Sterk in structuur en coördinatie
- Communicatief, overtuigend en proactief
- Inhoudelijke safety-kennis is belangrijker dan zware technische detailengineering
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
- Centrale rol in kritische veiligheidsprojecten
- Hoge zichtbaarheid en impact op site-niveau
- Combinatie van safety, engineering en projectmanagement
- Complexe en uitdagende context
- Nauwe samenwerking met EHS en technische experten
