Job description
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Fungeren als site expert en aanspreekpunt voor digitaliseringstools (o.a. Checklyst Manager)
- Leiden en ondersteunen van digitalisatieprojecten, zoals batch record digitalisering en logboeken
- Opstellen en beheren van procedures, testplannen, trainingsmateriaal en aanvraagformulieren
- Uitvoeren en coördineren van UAT-, OQ- en end-user testen tot en met go-live
- Local System & Security Administrator voor QA-, PROD- en DEV-omgevingen
- Beheren van user access, goedkeuringsflows, rollen en departementen
- Stakeholdermanagement en communicatie met QA, operations, IT en externe/global teams
Your profile
- Master of bachelor in een wetenschappelijke richting (biomedisch, chemie, life sciences, …)
- Minstens 2–5 jaar ervaring in een GMP-omgeving
- Sterke kennis van GMP, QA-processen en compliance
- Ervaring met validatieactiviteiten zoals UAT, OQ en test scripting
- Aantoonbare ervaring in digitalisatie- of optimalisatieprojecten
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot in stakeholdermanagement
- Zeer gestructureerde en methodische werkstijl met ownership mindset
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
