Verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstarten en leiden van kwaliteitsonderzoeken
- Beheren van complexe incidenten met impact
- Uitvoeren en sturen van RCA’s
- Coördineren van experten en stakeholders
- Reviewen en finaliseren van onderzoeksrapporten
- Coachen van junior/medior collega’s
- Initiëren van verbeterprojecten
- Samenwerken met QA, productie en engineering
- Ondersteunen van audits als SME
Your profile
- Master in een wetenschappelijke richting
- Minstens 10 jaar aantoonbare QA ervaring in life sciences
- Ervaring of achtergrond in de chemische sector
- Sterke kennis van GMP
- Ervaring met complexe RCA’s
- Analytisch en oplossingsgericht
- Ervaring met coaching/leiderschap
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling & schriftelijk)
