What is the link between playing a musical instrument and working at Select Projects?

Carl has been working at Select Projects for 2.5 years now. In this video, Carl explains, among other things, the link between playing a musical instrument and working at Select Projects. He also explains how he gets the best out of himself.

Carl took us to the rehearsal venue "De Eendracht" in Dessel because he has been playing the trombone with the brass band for many years. Here he has the opportunity to keep busy with music and sees his friends on a regular basis.

It is this group feeling, combined with more challenge, that Carl was looking for when he knocked on Select Projects' door. Carl had then spent 25 years with one employer and found that he could no longer be the best version of himself.

For Carl, this means he can still emphasise an important accent in group. A solo on the trombone is not common while a big piece of music without the trombone doesn't sound either. In short, each musician puts his or her own accents and this is managed by the conductor

In a way, you can compare the brass band to the work. Select Projects also creates a close bond between the colleagues, young and old come together and everyone does their part there too to achieve a good result.
