From teacher to trainer in Life Sciences.

Sara has been with Select Projects for 9 years and now works as a trainer at the ViTalent Project. In this video, Sara explains, among other things, how she came to this project and how Select Projects helps her become the best version of herself.

Sara took us to 'De Ster' in Westerlo. This is the point where a number of hiking trails converge and where you discover new paths every time you walk. This is a nice metaphor for Sara's career at Select Projects.

Sara works as a trainer at the ViTalent Project. ViTalent is a training centre for the life sciences. Here, they train people who do not come from the sector and want to migrate to pharma or other related industries. A hot topic because there are simply too few people to fill all the vacancies.

The perfect example is Sara herself. Sara is a primary school teacher by training and had no experience in the life sciences sector. It is thanks to the craftsmanship of Select Projects, the eagerness to learn new things and all kinds of consultancy assignments at various clients, that Sara is back to her roots as a trainer.
